Ingredient: - 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberry
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 baking cups
- 1 muffin baking pan with 12 spots
Direction: - In one bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix oil, milk and egg.
- Pour bowl #2 into bowl #1 and mix well.
- Mix blueberry into the mixture without breaking the blueberry.
- Preheat the oven 400ºC.
- Place baking cups into muffin baking pan and fill each cup equally with mixture
- Bake for 15 minutes.
